Ferrite Pearl
The ferrite pearls (stabilizing pearls), if pulled on the terminals of certain electronic components increase favourably the apparent resistance of the line, namely in the MHz range. In case of such use, a greater permeability and quality factor value dispersion are admitted. The pearls are traditionally applied as coiled rings.
The deviation of the ferrite pearls from the circular section should not be larger than the admitted diameter tolerance.
